PRODUCT INFO
Different products have different sizing in regard to the fitting requirement. On most of our items we usually state in the product description how the items fit.

Orders will take 3-5 working days to be processed and 7-16 business days of shipping time ( Standard Shipping ) or 3-9 business days of shipping time(Express Shipping), delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
For most of our products we do recommend washing with cold water and hang drying, we would not recommend using a dryer as they might damage or shrink the items. Some products can shrink more considerably than others depending on the materials used. Items that have been washed are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
An order confirmation was sent to your email at the time you made your purchase with a link to your order status tracking page. Please check your inbox and spam, if applicable.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation
to your email or you may reference the order status page you received at order
placement for a current status.
We take pride in our shipping speed. 90% of all orders are shipped out within 2-5 business days!
During peak sale season, restocks, and new drops the delivery of your package(s) may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. If inaccurate or incomplete information was provided, this may cause a delay in processing and shipping your order.
If an item(s) is out of stock, this may cause a delay in processing and shipping your order. Rest assured that you will be notified via email or phone about any changes associated to your order.
We mainly use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments and offer a few options for international customers which can all be seen when choosing your shipping option at checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
We accept return/exchange of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 natural days after delivery the product.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any form of socks and undergarments due to hygienic reasons.
Once your refund request has been applied, it will take 3 - 5 days to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. If you do not receive your refund within this time frame, please kindly contact our customer service.

CUSTOM & WHOLESALE ORDERS
We happy to have created custom designs for companies, and other organizations. Our customizations range from changing the picture of a currently offered, adding your logo or name, or a design from scratch.
Our minimum on customer orders is 20 pieces. Discounts are available for our bulk orders, and can be discussed in detail through email service@manlywears.com
